Checklist maintenance Laser Machine – CNC – CNC vibrating knife

1. Laser Machines

Daily

• Clean and protect the machine area, cutting table, and extraction system.
• Check Cutting Head, nozzle, ceramic ring and protective lens.
• Check air support, gas pressure and path tube.
• Check the chiller, coolant temperature, and warning/alarm status.
• Check the linear guide rails, axis drive motors, and any abnormal movement or noise.
• Check cable electrical, site inspection report, door safe, interlock and Emergency Stop.

Weekly

• protect clean technical Cutting Head, protective lens and nozzle.
• Check ray, rack/pinion, vitme and the point need lubricate smooth.
• Check leak rust air, status chiller and system suction.
• Check the electrical cabinet fan/filter and the material path through the cutting area.

Monthly / Periodic

• Check axis accuracy, squareness, and repeatability.
• Check the mechanical transmission, motor, cables, and Cutting Head.
• Check cabinet electrical, filter dust, fan and Cooling System.

2. CNC Machine

Daily

• protect clean table machine, workpiece and dust.
• Check the spindle for abnormal noise, vibration, and temperature.
• Check collet, knife and holder.
• Check linear guides, lead screws, vacuum, and compressed air.
• Check cable electrical, sensor and the site inspection report.

Weekly

• Check ray guide direction, vitme, rack/pinion, cable belt and fit connect.
• Check lubrication, vacuum pump, filters, and the air system.
• Check limit sensors, fasteners, and any loose mounting points.

Monthly / Periodic

• Check squareness, positioning accuracy, and repeatability.
• Check spindle, vacuum, cabinet electrical and fan/filter.

3. CNC vibrating knife

Daily
